They all seem to be taking after Dr. Thor's demeanor by treating their customer with the utmost professionalism. Dr Thor actually listens to your concerns, she checks if you are ok during the treatment, not just once but often! She educate you on what is the treatment plan that is best suited for you. She even lets you know, that there could be, an additional cost, if you are opting for, a higher grade choice of crowns. Everyone was very welcoming from the front desk staff, dental assistant to the dental hygienist. The dentist filling in for the original dentist was also very professional and made me feel very comfortable.
