“My husband and I recently had a wonderful experience with Jim. I had to postpone our original start date after we had last minute water damage in our home. Jim was very flexible and understanding. He even came while that issue was in the process of mitigation and worked around other work crews, the tarps, and holes in the ceiling to replace some light fixtures for us. Not only did he do an excellent job replacing several outdated light fixtures with some newer complicated ones, but he also was able to fix some lighting issues in our garage and master closet. Jim is truly a down to earth man and was completely transparent with costs before starting the job. It was a relief and pleasure to work with a tradesman who showed up on time on the days he said he would. Also, he is very tech savvy and it was nice he would text when his schedule opened up to come same day. Price was very reasonable. Overall A+++ service. Also, Jim always wore his mask making me feel very comfortable having him in my home. Will definitely recommend and use again!”
