I literally thought the perspn there was the person who puts back clothes that you don't like. But no. I understand that some dressing rooms must have numbers in case of theft and all that. But, she wasn't there and then she had the audacity to yell at me. I am not someone who steals. And i explained to her that i was sorry and i explained what happened. Whomever this lady is. Goodness. “I have shopped with Piercing Pagoda since 2008. I have NEVER had a bad experience. The ladies there always go above and beyond to help me. I have had my 2nd and 3rd holes pierced as well as my cartilage and it is perfect. My sister took my 3 year old niece to get her ears pierced here as well and they were so good at calming her down and explaining everything to make her more at ease. The piercing earrings are really secure and even hard for me to get out. I have never had one just "fall out". I have also asked if they could change out my cartilage earring and they are not allowed to do it. It's policy, not personal. Overall I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service and friendly staff.”
