They do not tell you this up front when ordering on the app. Door dash delivered food cold and took almost an hour after leaving the store to bring our food. That being said, when I called the store the manager worked with me very professionally and refunded the order. Hate Doordash but this Pizza Huts management makes up for it.”

“Always delcious pizza! Yummy, without making my stomach super bloated like their competitors. I order from them about once a week. This week, I called in, then realized my husband wanted something different on his pizza. I called back in a few minutes and asked if I could change the order. But they'd already put the pizza in the oven! (fast...) The guy asked me what I wanted to change it to, and I told him, saying 'Thanks anyway, I would have ordered Hawaiian". Lo and behold, when my pizza was delivered, there were two boxes-- one with my original order, and a bonus personal pizza that was Hawaiian!! The bonus pizza was free. How cool is that? Five stars forever!! If I wasn't loyal enough before, I certainly am now!!”

“I've been frequenting this restaurant for a whole Decade! I started going when I was 14 years old and I'm 24 years old now. The food is still as amazing as it was 10 years ago and a lot of great and friendly familiar staff are still working there. I've never had an issue with my food anytime I've ordered and this location has remained my Number 1 favorite Chinese Restaurant in all of Winston Salem! I've tried many others but no one compares to the quality of food and the quality of service that I've received here consistently for many years. I'd always recommend them first over any other Chinese Cuisine and have always gotten the best service out of any of the other restaurants around. Definitely worth trying at least once for people who've never been. I certainly will remain a loyal customer of this establishment and look forward to continuing business with them in the future. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! ❤”

I called Jonathan, who took the order, the next day and explained the situation to him. he took information and gave the family an $8 credit so the student could get their pizza! I was so thankful because I made the mistake, but he still helped this student by providing the credit. Thank you, Jonathan! We decided to try Chanello's based off of a flyer in our mailbox. I am so glad we did. They make some of the best pizza/garlic knots we have ever had. We have ordered from Chanello's 10 times and every single time, the pizza is insanely good. We get the Steak n' Cheese pizza, probably my favorite one on the menu. The way they cook their pizza crust is also amazing. I never eat the crust on my pizza, but from Chanello's, I always do. I am so glad we live close enough to get this pizza delivered. So good.”

“Excellent variety and flavor!! Regular meals, Meals under 400 calories, Keto friendly meals.... on-line menu is easy to use allowing you to sort based on type of meal you are looking for. I like that the menus change weekly and that they offer to deliver the meals the following Tuesday. So far I’ve been so tired of my cooking that I’ve picked them up Monday evening so I can start the week off with a good dinner. Packaging is also well done. Lids give you the nutrients plus directions on heating it up.”
