“Patching up the sub-floor in a 40-year-old mobile home is no easy task, but Bob sent me a smart, experienced and eager young man. Carpenter cut hole in the floor into which a plywood patch had to fit exactly. Plus, patch had to have a rectangular hole for a floor vent--another exact fit. Carpenter did extra things to make floor even sturdier than I had expected. Pleasant experience with excellent results!”
