“Master Tech came out for a bad valve from street to house for water. While fixing our 20 yr old valve they looked at water heater and said it didn’t meet code. Parts were sitting in corner, never put on by Rock Hill company. It need work not done at install 2 yrs ago. Carbon dioxide from gas heater was going into our garage; not good. Gas line had 3 splices in line which there should be none. More parts put in up side down… I asked about water softener? Matt showed us a Filter for much less cost. Tested water we could see differences in color and taste. Matt fix my water heat; put in water filter that’s giving us great clean water. Excellent work on time, price right. 5 stars.”
