He quickly diagnosed a problem we were having with the hot water in our shower and fixed it during a subsequent visit in the amount of time it took me to walk my dogs around the block. I've had other plumbers try to charge an arm and a leg for parts, but Tray had the new shower part directly shipped to us at no cost.
