He called before he arrived and told us what time to expect him. He was on time! He was friendly and explained exactly what he was doing. Eric's troubleshooting skills are great. He started with the simple things to check and moved on from there. He was respectful of our property and only cut into the wall when there was no other choice. The way he was able to triage the issue, he was able to pinpoint the issue and only cut into the wall where necessary. Once he found the issue, Eric was able to fix it quickly and using quality materials. It's probably better than when it was first put in! I highly recommend White's Plumbing. As this project required some planning and prep before Walston Plumbing arrived, we appreciated all the guidance received prior to our appointment. Felix and his helper were polite and gave a lot of attention to their work, offering good suggestions on placement of fixtures before they began the work. Felix also offered good advice on preparing for installation of the shower door even though that will require a different craftsman. It required a completely new drain line to be installed from the rear of the home to a clean-out at the front (75 ft. run).
