“I contacted Tina to handle my birthday cruise. She was very knowledgeable about all of the different cruise lines, and in the end I decided on Royal Caribbean. Tina was very professional, personable and accommodating. I changed the date a few times and she patiently priced cruises for us over multiple months. She responded to each and every text and phone call quickly. I loved the ship (Freedom of the Seas), the ports of call and the food! The shows on board were absolutely phenomenal. “Want to share my experience yesterday. My son is in the open water class. When they went to the deep side of the pool my sons mask would not seal and it freaked him out. The instructor Danny went to the rental gear section and found a scubapro zoom mask with a short skirt that would fit at the top of my sons mustache and spent extra time with my son after class catching him up on the few skills he missed. The care, concern and professionalism was beyond reproach. In my opinion Danny is an excellent instructor. I am extremely pleased and grateful that I choose this facility for my sons first dive certification class.”

“If you like to travel, Happy Bags Travel is a MUST have for every trip! I’ve worked with other travel agencies and David sets the bar on customer service and satisfaction. In planning, he gives great advice based on years of experience. He’s great at finding the best deals and he’s second to none in personal service. He is with you literally every step of the way because he CARES. He is always on top of the slightest little change in flight times or delays, emailing me the changes once he gets them. And he’s quick to be on the phone to resolve any type of hiccup that could possibly arise. Even in a recent travel situation where our cruise ship left a group of us in San Juan due to an emergency at the North Carolina airport that caused an extreme delay, David was immediately on the emergency line with the cruise ship as well as booking us our room for that night and the earliest possible flight the next morning so we could connect with our cruise ship at the first port as quickly as possible. We met the ship at 11:00 the next morning only missing a few waking hours of our 7 day cruise, and were happily on our way to enjoy the rest of our cruise. He was always calm, constantly in contact with updates and options, always reassuring us, always working on our behalf, and making what could be explained as stressful, as extremely pleasant under the circumstances. In all of our other travels, everything has gone completely smoothly and he still offers that same incredible level of service and dedication to excellence. As far as travel agents go....he goes above and beyond....and over the years, he has become a very dear friend.”

“The Dams "signature trail" was overall a good, easy to moderate 4 mile hike. Well blazed, several footbridges need repair. Trail maps available at visitor's center were poorly drawn. Trail was wet in places.”

“We rented this house with a group of about 20 family members. We stayed Friday-Tuesday. It was a beautiful and spacious house with tons to do. We did ping pong, watched movies in the theater room, played pool, sat by the fire pit outside, slept on the hammocks, and enjoyed playing games in the big living room. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because of how the house was when we got there. For example, there were marks on the walls, the downstairs toilet didn’t work, the rail going upstairs wobbled, one of the bathroom sinks only dripped water and the water was very hot so be careful. We have plumbers in our family so we were able to manage until a handyman came over about 3 days later. Overall, we still had a fun and relaxing trip!”
