Out of everyone, the Made Safe team has been the most responsive, well communicating, respectful and professional. They changed several outlets and repaired some that were not working to help me get the new home ready. There was a manufacturing issue with a part that installed, not their fault, but they came right away after the problem started and took care of it right away. I also got great recommendations from them without feeling like it was fake upselling or pushy. I honestly felt like it was a breath of fresh air how responsive and approachable and professional they were. I'll be hiring them in the future for sure.”
