I had scheduled a 100amp service update to 200amp with another company almost 3 months out (because everybody is booked) only to have said company cancel an hour prior to appointment claiming crew was sick. Said company rescheduled 5 weeks later (4 months total at that point) only to cancel an hour prior to service claiming weather (mild rain) and told me they wouldn't be able to reschedule until almost 2 more months later at best. They said it was better to find someone else (ironically they recommended All Ohio Electric). All I have to say is after speaking with John, he worked me into their schedule the following week (5 days later). They came out on time (it was even drizzling a little) and updated my service in 6 hours. I can't praise them enough. And they were able to stick to my original quote through other said company. They left everything as they found it. Super impressed with the quality of work! Would highly recommend!”

“The two men were both professional and quick in solving my electrical problem. It was about an outside line that had gone bad. They quickly found the problem and proceeded to fix it. All the digging had to be done by hand. I was very impressed how they were able to fix the line so quickly and get my electricity back on for much less than another Estimate I had received.
