“Best Buy managers and employees are amazing. I had came in with an issue related to a go-pro and it was immediately taken care of. I didn’t catch the managers name who had helped. Then about a week later, I went in again to pay for an SD card reader. My card was having problems and manager Anthony told me it was taken care of. It had been a really rough day for me & that one little interaction really made a huge difference. They really care about their customers. I have always gone there to get dash-cams & things of that nature installed in my car and I am always taken care of. I also have gone there to purchase products & the environment & customer service is amazing. I also wanted to add that the go-pro issue was NOT Best Buy’s fault. These people at this location go above & beyond.
