When getting into accident and calling over 10+ body shops, Stateline was the last shop I contacted but Kerry was the first to offer to bring it in that same day to take a look at it. Kerry the owner, was so informative and took his time to explain everything to me when he could’ve easily been doing other work. Maggie was so helpful in explaining paperwork, insurance and answering any questions I may have had. This shop is smaller but do not let that fool you as they are AWESOME! The entire process was so smooth and professional without the “commercial” feel to it like I was just another customer. “Had a slow leak on brand new tires. Brought it in without an appointment right before the holiday, told me if I left it they could get it done and they’d call me before noon. I got the call right when they promised and told me they could fix my leaking tire valve at no cost to me. I’ve had trouble with mechanics in the past, I appreciate when people are upfront and fixing things that they have on hand for free is a great value. They’ve earned a new repeat customer.
