“Terry has been one of the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. I have an older Cadillac that has encountered a litany of problems. Everything from brakes to engine rebuild to exhaust and then some. Terry being a Cadillac Master Technician, he was always able to accurately diagnose and repair all the issues my vehicle had— on a reasonable timeline and at a reasonable price point. There was a time that the steering column became completely detached from the dashboard due to worn down components. Terry and his team were somehow able to find a mint condition steering wheel/column assembly in the same specific interior color, install it, and it’s never looked/worked better. If I didn’t move out of the area, I’d still be bringing my business here. Highly recommend.”

“Barnes Aerospace is an exceptional company that has been in business since 1857. I worked there for nearly 17 years. When I left the company, I wasn't really leaving Barnes but going to an exciting new opportunity. I was not looking to leave the company when this opportunity came up and I would without reservation recommend Barnes Aerospace as an employer. Most negative comments posted are from disgruntled former employees, so don't be concerned about them. Barnes stresses SQDC within their core values (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost). With Safety being first, I saw many examples of the safety of employees being the main concern of leadership. When the COVID pandemic first hit, the company hired nurses to screen employees and visitors. Even today they have kiosks set up where entrants are required to have their temperature taken and answer health-related questions before entering. They also set up plexiglass dividers on tables in the break rooms before this became the fad at grocery stores. Hand sanitizers were stationed throughout the shop. When anyone on the team tested positive for COVID, the company would hire outside professionals to come in and do a deep cleaning/sanitization. Regarding Quality, the organization fully realizes that it is making aerospace product and is completely transparent with their customers regarding their product and compliance. I was never pressured to compromise my integrity. This is a key reason why I stayed with the company for so long and can still recommend them even after my departure. No company is perfect and Barnes does have its share of challenges to work, but they are working through them always striving to improve and do the right thing.”

“I chose Busam because they partner with Costco. (There is a closer Subaru dealer.) I met with Russ (Monday afternoon) who was extremely attentive to what I was looking to purchase in a Forrester. There was nothing available to look at or test drive. We discussed the potential to order but I chose to wait and visit other dealerships closer to home. I decided Thursday to order from the local dealership with an anticipated receipt 90-120 days out with potential of price change. Late Saturday afternoon Russ called telling me they had what I was looking for as a trade with an out of state dealership. It would arrive Monday morning at Busam. My Forrester was on their lot less than 6 hours. My search began Monday and ended the following Monday with Fob in hand. Russ was an excellent salesman intent on meeting my wants. As always the paperwork took what seemed like forever but the finance person was likeable, informative, and made the process pleasant. I would recommend Busam as a good dealership to work with and Russ Hice as your salesperson.”

When getting into accident and calling over 10+ body shops, Stateline was the last shop I contacted but Kerry was the first to offer to bring it in that same day to take a look at it.
