“We’re out of state and have a rental property in Ohio and have had many problems with it in the past 2 years between renters not paying, and lack of communication/help with property management. We asked them for quotes on fixing numerous things with the property and they would never get back. Not exaggerating, waiting for a quote for months to fix the garage and still never got it, asked for window repair quotes and never got them… I searched Google for window repair, and found this company. We shared our problems, and from the very start, Chris was so honest and transparent. He went to our property, sent videos so we can see with our own eyes what’s going on, repairs needed, and appropriate quotes for the scope of work. He fixed our garage the week of finding him, and we felt like we hit the jackpot — someone who communicates, provides a quote and completes quality work in a timely manner. Why is this not the standard? We had a foundation issue that we paid another company to fix and he let us know they didn’t fix the problem and the work was unsatisfactory. He relayed to them what they needed to fix and we cannot be more grateful. Our foundation issue caused roof damage, so we had him and his crew fix that. Chris has truly been the most honest person we’ve encountered since getting this property. If you’re considering using this company’s services, trust that you are in good hands.”

“HIRE THEM!!!! I would give them 10 stars if it were possible! Andrew and Diego were our main painters (here all 8 days) painting the interior of our home. They were phenomenal! Andrew has a rarely seen (these days) hard work ethic. We had another crew that painted the exterior. Andrew and Diego took incredible effort in preparations to paint; caulked every area adjacent to paint (window frames, door frames, crown molding, etc.), taped everywhere, covered our furniture/ furnishings/cabinets in plastic, and covered our floor with cloth covers. Felix, foreman/crew chief/José’s brother, is a great guy. He makes sure all the jobs are done perfectly. He’s also amazing at repairing drywall and ceiling damage. We are blown away at the quality job of the painters and we literally could not be more thrilled with the results. And, definitely a very fair price, too! HIGHLIGHTS; 1. Moved all furniture out of the way and covered it with plastic. 2. Removed old custom drapes, window toppers, and hardware (for donations), patched and painted those areas. 3. Removed all light switch and outlet covers then reinstalled them after paint dried. 4. Vacuumed all areas after painting completed. 5. Took floor covers outside and shook them of all the dust from sanding the walls (for perfect wall texture 😊). 6. Caulked and taped everything to ensure paint stays exactly where it’s supposed to. 7. Wore shoe covers in our home. 😊 8. Repaired dry wall and ceiling damage from recent light installations! 9. Placed huge sheets of plastic over our front door entrance when they sanded and stained the doors to keep bugs outside! SUMMARY; 1. FAIR PRICE 2. BEAUTIFUL, METICULOUS, painting. 3. PERFECTION! “My experience with Turner Painting was 100% positive from the very beginning. Susan took my initial call. She was very efficient and pleasant in helping me find a time for an estimate. Grant came and quickly and efficiently gave me an estimate. There were no pushy sells techniques as they were willing to wait until I was ready. After signing the contract, Barb came into the picture. She is a decorator and spent so much time with me helping me pick out colors. Jesus and his team spent two days painting. They were very quiet and professional, allowing me to continue to work in my office without interruptions. To wrap it up, Justin came and did a final walk through to make sure I was completely satisfied.”
