“We’re out of state and have a rental property in Ohio and have had many problems with it in the past 2 years between renters not paying, and lack of communication/help with property management. We asked them for quotes on fixing numerous things with the property and they would never get back. Not exaggerating, waiting for a quote for months to fix the garage and still never got it, asked for window repair quotes and never got them… I searched Google for window repair, and found this company. We shared our problems, and from the very start, Chris was so honest and transparent. He went to our property, sent videos so we can see with our own eyes what’s going on, repairs needed, and appropriate quotes for the scope of work. He fixed our garage the week of finding him, and we felt like we hit the jackpot — someone who communicates, provides a quote and completes quality work in a timely manner. Why is this not the standard? We had a foundation issue that we paid another company to fix and he let us know they didn’t fix the problem and the work was unsatisfactory. He relayed to them what they needed to fix and we cannot be more grateful. Our foundation issue caused roof damage, so we had him and his crew fix that. “This was really a solid experience all around. My first interaction was with Victor on the sales and estimate part of the process. He did an excellent job reviewing the company details of Mr. Roof, the specs they follow when replacing a roof, the Mr. Roof warranty, and the material that would be used on the roof. Victor was professional, knew his information and was exceptional in getting back to me. I had an order for a shingle replacement, that turned into removing the gutters that turned into doing the gutters and Victor never missed a beat! The roof was scheduled very timely and it was a fairly large roof. Kevin called me the morning of the roof work and explained in detail what would occur and asked for questions and answered any questions I had. The crew did an excellent job replacing the roof and it was remarkable how well they did it in two days and left the job site in great shape. The crew leader asked if he could pull the trailer that would take all the shingles and material off the job site before doing it. The crew was respectful of the property and friendly. If I had a question and called Kevin, he picked up. Kevin was nothing short of amazing with his attentiveness! He always got back to me quickly and when having trouble getting a hold of Mr. Roof team to schedule the gutters, Kevin scheduled them for me! Kevin inspected the roof, attended to anything that may have been needed and answered all my questions and reiterated the Mr. Roof warranty. Kevin was super personable and a great asset to the process and very much appreciated! It was a great experience overall, with the Mr. Roof warranty and experience I would recommend you check them out for your next roofing/gutter needs!”

“After several calls to local roofing companies this gentleman was referred to me for a roof leak. He was able to come and repair same day, between rain downpours. He also referred another company for the drywall repair. All is well and done. He is now working us in for a roof replacement. He went above and beyond to answer questions. Take extra pictures of troubling spots on this old roof, and go up into the crawl space and look for additional defects. Several weeks later a new roof was installed. Exceptional work. Tear off and install in one day, along with extensive wood repair. Clean up was well done. Owner is attentive and respectful. All the guys were hard working.”

Promised to be on my roof within a week or sooner if weather allowed and delivered. Total roof replacement: looks great, did no damage to my gutters and were in and out in 2 days. They even cleaned out my gutters for me. Very happy with my decision. Did find quite a few nails around the house after doing my own magnet sweep, but that’s the nature of construction sometimes. That being said, I still highly recommend THR and Dillon. I received estimates from multiple roofing companies and Dillon’s approach was far and away better than all others. Pricing was very competitive and you can’t beat their warranty.”
