The apartment manager is nice person who always work seriously and actively deal with problems on time. The affordable rent is worthy that you can take only 10 min bus to the campus, and walk about 5 min to the Kroger. Also, the McDonald's is just nearby. You can easily order on your phone and grab it in the store.”

“Great food all around. One of my favorite lunch spots in Middletown. The sandwiches are huge - seems like there is a pound of meat on it alone. The sides are great too, though one or two of them seem to have disappeared lately. I think the potato salad was one. I’ve had generally good experiences with the staff except for the last time I went. The lady seemed annoyed at questions and like she didn’t want to be there. All of my other experiences have been solid so I have no reservations about giving them 5 stars!”

I am a new member and the only reason for 4 stars was, I signed up on a Friday with $40 start-up fee and the same fee, but only $1, started on Monday. Then, another $40, annual fee will be within two months. Acceptable, but I was not aware and just want to share. The staff members are very pleasant and helpful! My journey is off to a good start. :)”
