Always polite and respectful, always happy to see our puppy Hank. We had an issue with Hank eating some Cotton objects and he wasn’t eating correctly. They got me in the same day and stayed almost 2 hours after they were closed to make sure Hank got all the treatment he needed! I left with detail instructions on feeding and medication and they asked me to call them on Saturday and let them know how he was doing. There service is above top notch!
