“Very impressed with Aaron Andrews and his crew! I contacted Aaron from my home in Oregon to get a bid on a septic tank replacement for my mother, who is a senior living in Loveland. We were led to believe by another contractor that a full tank replacement was the way to fix the problems she was having with her system. Aaron came out to have a look and indicated that because of the specific situation, he could not give us a bid until the tank was pumped and he performed an “exploratory dig” to see exactly what was happening underground, which was going to cost us some money. While he fully explained his reasoning and it made sense to me, I will admit, I was nervous about paying to have my mother’s yard torn up just to get a bid on further work that could cost much more. And navigating the situation from another state for my elderly mother with a contractor that I had no prior personal experience with made me feel pretty vulnerable. But, after a bit more research on the company and the history of the problems with the system, we took a leap of faith and scheduled the exploratory dig. Long story short, Aaron and his crew showed up today, did an amazing job of not only performing the work, but communicating with both my elderly mother on site and with me via phone about what they were doing, what they found and what he felt needed to happen. He sent me photos and a video to reference in our conversation, and gave us a fair price to complete the repair work, which they completed today and did not involve replacing the whole septic tank (which would have been way more expensive!) My mom texted me after they were gone saying how nice and friendly the whole crew were. She also told me that she would hire them again anytime because “they were quick, professional, and answered all of my questions.” I am very grateful to Aaron and his crew for taking good care of my mom and getting this repair done that was so long overdue. I would highly recommend this company to others who are looking for a competent, honest, and communicative septic contractor.”
