I was more than 150 miles from home this past Monday night and camping in the Wilmington area when my Jeep Grand Cherokee refused to start (the engine wouldn’t even turn over). Not only was the Jeep my transportation, but the rooftop tent it carried was also my accommodations. After calling other places and being told they wouldn’t even look at the Jeep until the first couple of weeks of October, despite my circumstances, Bisig was willing to check out the issue same day because I was from such a distance away. They were professional, polite, and able to change my Jeep’s starter and get me back on the road quickly! Plus, they did not overcharge me for the repair. I was able to finish my camping trip and get back home safely. Bisig reminds me of my trusted auto repair shop in Stark County, Ohio:) An added plus—the tow truck driver they recommended, Gary, was also kind and helpful.”

“I was heading down to Memphis Tennessee from Cleveland Ohio when I heard a scraping under the front of my car. I pulled off of I-71 to investigate and found that the splash shield had partially detached. After my moment of panic, thinking that I wouldn't get out of southern Ohio, let alone to Memphis before the end of the day, I called the closest repair shop available. Unfortunately they were too booked up to take me in, but they did recommend HP Automotive. I called them and was told to come in. Almost immediately after arriving they had my car up on the lift and fixed the splash shield within 15 minutes. I was amazed and so grateful for their service. Simply amazing work and amazing people. I'm happy to report that I made the rest of the trip to Memphis and back to Cleveland without a single car problem. Thank you all SO much!”

“This place is comparable to a NAPA store. The prices are just a Scoeshe higher But the parts are better quality. Also, if they don’t have it and it’s before noon they can have it by 2:30. They have a big selection of autobody paint and supplies. The staff is very knowledgeable, they actually know what there talking about which is refreshing compared to the chain stores sometimes. They also can get parts for bigger trucks and sometimes equipment.Most definitely a good parts store.”

“On our trip to Kentucky we broke down 3.5 hours from home. It was about 5:30pm and all of the local shops were closing within 30 minutes. Except for Great American Complete Auto. They didn't close until 8PM giving us time to find a tow to them and the part we needed. Sam-the owner and his crew not only found our part, went to pick it up, and stayed after closing to make sure we got back on the road to make our plans in Kentucky. But they were more than fair on the price and even let us know where we could grab a bite to eat while we waited- we were stuck for almost 2.5 hours before our tow came. They fixed what was wrong and checked to make sure there was no further issues before we were on our way again. I truly felt so welcomed by them it felt like we were among family. Thank you again and again Sam for the kindness you showed us in a terrible situation. we are happy to have made it for our plans and were even more grateful that we made it home safe to our kids! I HIGHLY recommend this shop if your in the area.”
