“I was visiting family here from Colorado and a few days before I was to leave my check engine light came on. I originally went to a dealership for a $120.00 diagnostic and they quoted me $3200.00 for two new catalytic converters and four O2 sensors. For which the parts wouldn’t come in for a week! My brother in law suggested I call Rainbow and I am so glad he did! Andrea was amazing. She got me in the next day (Saturday and didn’t charge me for a diagnostic) had the parts ordered and in on Monday. The car was fixed on Tuesday! She has amazing customer service skills. She is honest, kind and overall amazing! When I picked up the Jeep- The tech came out, Kehli and gave me a very thorough and knowledgeable explanation of how bad my catalytic converters were. Not knowing much about vehicles he explained in layman’s terms and was very genuine with honesty. I ended up paying a little more than 1/2 of what the dealership quoted and were able to get it done MUCH quicker! I wish I lived here to ALWAYS use them as my mechanic. I have been recommending them to all my family here! Thank you so much for everything!”
