“My friend and I visited this store this evening and were very pleased with the service that we received. We were pleasantly surprised by how helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and personable the staff was. There are tons of these sort of privately owned and family run cell phone/convenient food-marts here in the inner-city (or should I say 'hood' lol) of Cleveland and most of them seem to run their stores in "scummy" sort of way and a lot of employees are usually rude, too. Not here though!! The two gentlemen who helped us (pretty sure they were the owners) were great. Really my only complaints are that the store was a little crammed/cluttered and (in my opinion) a taddddd-bit overpriced. But all-in-all, we were happy with the service we received. We will certainly come back here for any future cell-phone needs! 😊”

“We enjoy working with the entire Hughie's team. We use them during one of the most important days for everyone involved. Commencement for about 450 to 475 graduates. The service and knowledge to their products are wonderful. They are willing to work with us on all issues that may happen during an amazing event. We do set-up on Wednesday or Thursday with their staff. We do a run through on Friday and event will be on Saturday. Very pleased!!”
