“Even though we were not able to end up having April work on our tub, I want to provide some great feedback for April. I sent out many request for quotes over the weeks, to several businesses, for some refinishing work. Not only was April one of the few to respond, but she responded very timely and worked with me through many rounds of communication and quickly became my first choice. We set up an appointment for some refinishing work, and April came promptly on time, which is not all that common when having work done at our house! However due to a lack of clarification on my part due to the status of our tub it turned out we were not able to go ahead with the work. But despite the shift in plans, April was very understanding, receptive, and provided clear and attractive pricing should our situation change. I commend April for the utmost professionalism and curtesy she showed, and urge anyone who seeks contractors for good customer service, to give her a try :) Jeff”
