The door needed a new lock assembly, however he explained the reason why the original had failed (several years old); the door had dropped putting stress on the locking mechanism. They was brilliant, he refitted / hung the door, realigned the catches in the frame, etc. The door now operates as smooth as silk... Nice Job!”
