“This company specializes in draperies but also does curtains and blinds. They are one of the only companies left in Cleveland who do this kind of work. I bought an elaborate lace from an online company. My intention was to make curtains out of it for the windows of my dining room, which are large and odd shaped. We live in an old Victorian. All things in our house are large and odd shaped. ;) They did a beautiful job with making the lace into curtains. I would highly recommend them.”

“I live in the neighborhood, been here 20 years and have never been to this store. Recently I needed help to replace my hot water tank and a friend told me South Hills Hardware could do it. I called, and they were able to not only sell me a new tank, but we're able to deliver it and install it! Their plumber came out, did the job and even fixed a valve that was bad too. This place did it all the same day I called for help! Wonderful service! I went there today to pick up some paperwork, and have them out next week to do some more jobs for me too. I'm so happy to have an honest local store to help me! Everyone in Old Brooklyn should go here!”

“Booked an appointment, the Mickey Lock And Key turned up on time and carried out a fabulous job. The door needed a new lock assembly, however he explained the reason why the original had failed (several years old); the door had dropped putting stress on the locking mechanism. They was brilliant, he refitted / hung the door, realigned the catches in the frame, etc. The door now operates as smooth as silk... Nice Job!”

Had a lot of cool stories to share about the pieces and about pieces not in the museum. He definitely knew what he was talking about. “For years I’ve driven by and even as a kid called it the coke building but this morning I stopped in for breakfast. And I wish I had sooner for sure, very small place 12-15 people max! Coming in here is definitely like stepping back in time, 1 table that I saw and the rest is bar/counter seating. The menu has a nice selection and prices are fair, I ordered the Ashlee burrito and I was very good packed full of all the breakfast essentials lol.
