“I had Brian re-upholster an old wing chair that was a family heirloom. I was amazed at how beautiful the chair looked when he brought it back to my home after it had been re-done. The pattern material was matched up perfectly on the chair. Brian and his team even went to the additional effort of making arm covers and a head rest with the extra material. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined. My brother also had Brian redo his old kitchen chairs. They are almost 70 years old. They also looked magnificent. “Super excited to check out this outlet store. It has a lot of nice pieces but they are mostly picked through so many of the pieces left are broken or cracked. With that said, I saw some seasonal items (patio furniture) marked almost 90% off. Today, they had an additional 30% off dining table and chairs which took tables from $2k down to $620. I would definitely be super excited if I found something I needed. I recommend going and seeing it for yourself. I’ll be back again in a couple of months.”

“I like the new look of the store. There are a lot more checkout lanes and they have more cashiers so more lines are open. The front area is a lot less cluttered and you can see clear to the other end of the store. The women's underwear department needs to be organized. As with most stores they are offering less variety. It wasn't too crowded and I found almost everything I needed.”

“Awesome compared to the Walmart location in steelyard. The steelyard store wow is terrible. Please don't shop there. The manager there don't care. If you have and issue they don't care. The store is ran by children. I went there to shop for a few items. Ok they had the prices wrong. Then they tried to run and change the prices before I could take these pictures with my cell phone. Then their was and employee that threatened to fight me. After, that I went back up to the cash register to pay for my items. My mom is almost 80years old she was trying to stop putting groceries on the conveyor belt. The cashier would not turn it off. My mom's arm was being pushed forward. I had to yell at the cashier to stop. Just don't shop here. They are all idiots.”

Staff are welcoming and give you the time and space to shop the eclectic inventory, all while listening to fantastic curated music. The jewelry counter is always filled with gorgeous pieces at incredibly reasonable prices. Refurnishings is the only place I buy jewelry anymore. I believe an indicator of quality is customer longevity and loyalty.
