She is a very pleasant person with a vibrant personality and do not stop smiling and making jokes. I had a problem with 2 packages that were going to be sent back due to "forward address being expired"--I do not even know what that means. However, Georgia was able to get my packages. She took the time to listen to my concerns and solved the problem with so much patience and a great sense of humor. From now on, I will only go to her for assistance!!”

“We had some issues with some very important packages that were supposed to be forwarded to our new address and our new home post office. Mr. Richard Hill is the supervisor my husband and I spoke with. He went through great lengths to help us with our packages and all our mail needs and said he would take it upon himself to make sure our mail started going to the correct place. Thanks so much to the staff and especially MR.RICHARD HILL AT the Middleburg Hts.. Post office for all the effort , patients, and time, taken to help us. MR. “Was kept on hold too long when trying to call for info and no response to email. I came to find out that website was all you need. Just search your case and you can see the status including recent updates. Come day of court, plenty of parking. Secured building. Good sized waiting area and monitors with your name will tell you which courtroom and the time. Casual courtroom which puts you at ease. Had Judge NiCastro who appeared to be very nice and fair. Had a fair resolution to my case without having to go to trial. My impression of the process, though, is that between your word and the officer's, the officer's word wins out even though the burden of proof is supposedly on them. The rest of the building is not easy to navigate but to their credit, there are people who usher you from one place to the next. Everyone seemed pleasant. A much better experience than Parma's municipal court IMHO.”

“We found a car we were interested in and contacted the dealer. We were able to go out right away and test drive the vehicle. The car was as advertised and in great shape. The buying process was smooth and we were in and out of the dealership quickly. Matt greeted us when we got to the dealer and made sure the car was ready for a test drive. The agreement on the new car and trade was a good one and we came to a quick agreement. Mike arranged for financing and had us in and out of the finance office quickly. All in all an excellent experience.”
