“We went for the polar express event. It was okay. Kind of expensive for a 2 hour train ride in the dark with about 20 minutes of looking at some Christmas props/lights/volunteers dressed as elves at the "north pole". The only tickets left at the time were the more expensive ones, so we did get a mug along with the bell everyone else gets. The cookie was quite good, but then they give you a pretty small cup of hot chocolate that is only half full, so that was kind of lame. So that's an adult's opinion, but as a kid, I guess they seemed to like it. It probably would've been a bit boring if we only took our one kid, but thankfully we went with a good number of cousins, so they entertained themselves as we traveled through the dark areas. I doubt we'll do it again, but it was okay as a one time deal. And the parking does fill up pretty quick. We got there an hour before departure time and the lot was pretty empty. But about a half hour later it was filling up quickly.”
