My husband's CPAP was recalled in 2021 and he had emergency heart bypass surgery in March, 2022 after sleeping upright in a chair for 5 months or so. We were desperate to replace his sleep equipment when the medical people didn't have a clue what to do after his surgery. My Cpap broke while I was out of my home state and after calling everywhere in the state of PA we decided to see if OH because we were going to visit friends and hope to have better luck because of the Phillips recall. Well I am so glad I called there was a unit available for purchase over the counter. Miguel was my contact from the beginning phone calls to the time I picked up my new cpap. He gave me clear instructions on what to do about faxing my prescription in and he basically handled the rest. He also was available by text and this came in handy coming in from another state.
