Well I am so glad I called there was a unit available for purchase over the counter. Miguel was my contact from the beginning phone calls to the time I picked up my new cpap. He gave me clear instructions on what to do about faxing my prescription in and he basically handled the rest. He also was available by text and this came in handy coming in from another state. We arrived around closing time and he was there waiting for us, also to highlight during our drive he texted us to be safe and take our time, we appreciated this so much.
