“Can a person REALLY call a root canal a good experience? I can. Dr. D's office experience is the best around. The root canal was TOTALLY painless, and that matters, of course, but, even more importantly, everyone there is wonderful. The admin assistants who answer the phone are friendly and efficient (and accommodating). Katie, who assisted, is very patient while explaining every aspect of the procedure (which put my mind at ease). And Dr. D? What can i say? He's a wizard with a novocaine needle. No pain there, no pain during the procedure, and no laughing gas was needed! Best of all, every few minutes, he patted me reassuringly and asked if I felt any discomfort. Constant check-ins.
