Let’s start by saying this was my VERY FIRST facial EVER!!… Having said that it was my first and it was the most amazing beautiful experience I have ever got. Gentle very thorough and here I thought I was cleansing my skin above and beyond, well this showed me. She was so gentle and precise, I felt like she got every nook and cranny the smells relaxed me the music she had on the second I closed my eyes I felt like I was away in some paradise island, relaxing near the ocean blue skies. When she was done and turned on the lights best believe I was checking my skin I have never seen it so glowing every pore is minimized, I walked out of there and went to get a smoothie a female customer said “ your skin is so beautiful and glowing “ I walked out floating THANK YOU SO MUCH SEE YOU IN A FEW WEEKS”

“This is a great Marc's. Whoever does the hiring does a great job! The employees are so nice and helpful. They have a great deli, really knowledgeable and ready to give suggestions. Their shelves are always well stocked and prices are very reasonable. I do most of my shopping here and suggest it to my friends and family. Just had one incident at the customer service desk....stood waiting while employees walked all around me until one told another clerk I was there. She sauntered over and was not nice at all, very unusual because most everyone is nice. She obviously did not enjoy her job.”

The venue coordinator was so helpful throughout the entire process especially with navigating throughout the ongoing global pandemic. It was super easy working with one vendor on linens, centerpieces, cake, and chairs. Their team set everything up and took everything down at the end of the night which reduced the amount of stress on me leading up to the wedding. Did I mention how absolutely dreamy the venue looked during the reception? Stunning! Pricing was absolutely reasonable for the greater Cleveland area.
