“I will honestly tell you my experience. He is a good, straightforward and respectful person. My phone suddenly stopped working and had to be updated. He'd been trying all night to turn it back on, he'd stay at the shop, fix my type 6s, and he only came out in the middle of the night, trying really hard to get it fixed. “This is a great Marc's. Whoever does the hiring does a great job! The employees are so nice and helpful. They have a great deli, really knowledgeable and ready to give suggestions. Their shelves are always well stocked and prices are very reasonable. I do most of my shopping here and suggest it to my friends and family. Just had one incident at the customer service desk....stood waiting while employees walked all around me until one told another clerk I was there. She sauntered over and was not nice at all, very unusual because most everyone is nice. She obviously did not enjoy her job.”

“This was my first time going to Jersey Mike’s, and all I can say is my experience was ok. I mentioned a couple times that it was my first time. Not that big off a deal. They didn’t seem to care. I also saw/heard that you get a free cookie if it’s your first time lol nope not true. When I asked the manager his face said to me is she crazy then blatantly said no, and then gave me a smile but, not a smile like I’m sorry you don’t get a free cookie smile but a smile like is she serious. Haha Yes sir I’m serious I dont joke about cookies especially if there is a free one. I dont think cookies are anything to joke about. I could be wrong maybe that’s just at certain Jersey Mike’s. So I just bought a cookie. It was a great cookie. Other than that the food was delicious. I was so excited to be there and left the experience feeling a little annoyed. What about you ask yep you guessed it not getting a free cookie. Anyways I will be back because the food was good. Just don’t go in there thinking you will get a cookie. You will be disappointed and left with no cookie. Worst combo. If I was him I would of gave me that cookie. I looked like a sad puppy when he said no to the cookie. Lol but hey it’s cool. They treat you more as a friend than a customer. This time James helped me with tires, brakes, and suspension with leveling kit. He took the time to explain all of the options in detail and answered all of my questions with enthusiasm. They finished the job in a timely matter and left me with the truck looking and driving like brand new. I couldn’t be happier!”

“Dairy King is the best ice cream shop in North Olmsted! It’s been around for as long as I can remember! Generations of memories have been made there and it’s a staple in the North Olmsted community! I’ve loved to see how far they’ve come and after the new owners took over a few years ago this place has been going up and not stopping! I only get ice cream from here and nobody can make me switch! Make sure to go try the strawberry shortcake sundae! You won’t be disappointed!!! The customer service is amazing!!
