Legacy Place Parma

When my husband and I were touring assisted living communities for my Aunt, Legacy Place Parma immediately stood out above the rest. It is extremely clean and you truly get the feel of community when seeing how the residents and staff get along and really care about each other.

I helped a close family friend tour the facility a few weeks ago, who unfortunately ended up in the hospital before being able to proceed with the process of moving. However, I have to say I was very impressed with the facility. Being in the medical field myself, I know what to look for in choosing an assisted living facility. I found all of the staff that we met to be very kind and compassionate, especially the DON. We felt an atmosphere of family, which is exactly what we were hoping to find. We will definitely be coming back once things have settled and she is ready to make the move.

I had the opportunity to tour Legacy Place Parma, and I was so impressed by the atmosphere. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, and the residents seemed genuinely happy and well cared for. The facility is clean, inviting, and feels like a real community, not just a place to stay. It’s clear that the team here truly cares about the well-being and dignity of each person. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Place to anyone looking for a safe and supportive home for their loved one!

We couldn’t be more grateful for the care and attention our loved one receives at Legacy Place, Parma. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive — always going the extra mile to make sure residents feel safe, respected, and at home.

The environment is clean, welcoming, and full of engaging activities that bring joy and connection to daily life. Communication with our family has been excellent, and it gives us peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such good hands.

Every place and every person are different, we put my grandmother in assisted living after therapy down at pleasant view. We had good service over there and decided that we would try out legacy place as she wasn’t able to be on her own anymore. She has been there since July and we have had no issues. The workers are pleasant and take good care of her. But she also doesn’t cause any trouble and is a very kind person. So it also depends on the person who is living there and how they treat the workers. I really appreciate the people who take good care of her and they know who they are!
