(October 23, 2022, 2:24 am)I needed to find a mother of the bride’s dress and it was really in a desperate search since I couldn’t find one that fit my personality and still a young mother of the bride too. I came to Darlafoxx from a recommendation from an associate at Saks Fifth Ave in Beachwood and I am so glad I listened because Darla was amazing. She pulled a miracle and we found an amazing dress and also contacted an amazing seamstress, Isabella who also pulled off a second miracle. I had my dress which was made for me in less than two weeks before I was on a plane to KC. I have recommended Darla to multiple people since including the gate agent in Cleveland and a passenger on the plane. She will be my go to if I ever need another formal dress. I will never forget how patient and determination to help me. Love her!! She is worth the 40 minute drive too!
(June 29, 2022, 4:42 pm)I came to Darla for a wedding dress with a idea in mind, and she and her team not only executed my idea but added their own touches and blew my mind! My dress was breathtaking and hard to take off and put up😭😭😭. I love Darla and I recommend ANYONE that is shopping for a wedding dress or prom to shop with her. She was very attentive and made sure I got exactly what I wanted!
(May 3, 2022, 7:59 am)My experience at Darla Foxx's store was the best part of finding my dress. Originally I went in there with a dress that I found knowing that she had it in stock. But when I tried on the dress it looked better in the picture. Darla is so attentive and took the time to really focus on the design I had in mind. She had me try on several dresses as I described what I liked about each one. The final pick had everything I loved. Thank you Darla for quality service and the overall experience.
(April 26, 2022, 6:16 am)We were beyond pleased with our prom dress shopping experience at Darlafoxx. The private appointment, professionalism of the staff, prices, and selection exceeded our expectations. Darla truly believes in creating a special experience for anyone shopping in her store. We traveled throughout the state from bridal salons to other well known stores….which was a waste of time filled with overcrowded stores and no customer service. The selection of styles at Darlafoxx was unique. The attention to my daughters measurements and ordering her correct size allowed for a dress to arrive within a week of ordering it and not needing a single alteration! The care they take for each dress hanging on the rack is not something you will find elsewhere. These dresses at Darlafoxx can be purchased off the rack and are not soiled or snagged like we witnessed at other stores. Everything is handled with care from the experience to the follow through of an order. My daughter left Darlafoxx so thrilled with the classy experience. I am very particular about customer service, especially when spending a significant amount of money. I would recommend Darlafoxx to anyone shopping for a special occasion dress.
(January 5, 2022, 1:26 pm)I had an amazing experience getting my wedding dress. I was able to book out the entire store for my family and bridal party. She even had cupcakes and champagne for us! Having the entire store made it stress free, and I felt heard. Darla was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that I tried on dresses I was comfortable with, as well as ones my friends and family wanted me to try. After ordering, she was communicative about the whereabouts of my dress, and also allowed me to keep it at her shop until my alterations. I would recommend her to everyone!
