They were unbothered by my last minute shopping and helped me find the shoes I need, and they showed me this spray they have to help keep these clean which is a God send. The next pair of shoes I need I know who I am going too. I really appreciate their dedication to make me, the customer feel important and made sure I was taken care of!”

Leaking roof at times & rattling heating/ cooling system. They should consider moving to a different space. Makes FYE look like they may be going put of business.”

“Went to this location to find shoes for my son who is 2 with wide feet and we were helped by a very nice lady named Sandi. She got his shoe size which I wasn't sure about and then brought out several options that they had in stock to fit his foot and his needs. I ended up getting 3 pair, all of which I was confident were a great fit thanks to Sandi's help. It is a bit of a drive for me but worth the trip to ensure my son has comfortable shoes. Sandi entered my info into their system so it will be easy to establish my kids size down the line when we come back and we definitely will! Thank you for your help!”

“Excellent experience. We brought our child to this store for an ear piercing she desperately wanted. She lost her nerve when it was time to go through with it and it took a VERY long time for her to make up her mind and then screw up her courage. Carly, the ear piercing specialist in the store that day, was tremendously warm and encouraging. She treated our daughter with superhuman patience and lots of respect. The piercing process itself was affordable, quick, simple, done with careful attention to detail, the piercing environment was very clean and the equipment sterile. We received clear aftercare instructions and we have had no problems with the piercing after the fact. I was doubtful about whether to bring my child to a mall store for a piercing and we had considered going to a professional piercing salon instead. I am glad that we made the choice to bring her here. It was a very positive experience. Thanks.”

“Though not easy to find they had a regular roaster, it seemed odd we were about to leave and one more check of the department and there they were, stacked on top of each other with the Spanish graphics on display at first I thought maybe someone flipped the top one over, checking further all of them were that way, curious I checked other stacks of appliances, none were displayed that way. The price of the unit was much lower then the "hot" seller, but this was the first time I can say that it was made difficult to find on PURPOSE I thought you were a great store my bad you're just another company to be careful when you shop, service last profits first, the only saving grace is my wife was ecstatic to find the roaster. So for that you got 3 extra stars but you didn't deserve it.”
