An extremely helpful woman on phone scheduled an appointment for me to come in as soon as I could get there. Arrived 15 minutes later, walked right in and was greeted by two wonderful employees. She got me a PPP loan in a matter of days, when another big name bank jacked me around for almost a month. Since there are no words, I will try my best: Tremendous, remarkable, terrific, extraordinary.
