I've only had one bad experience where I ordered the Nike Air Max 2020 in a size 5.5Y and you guys sent me a 6Y box with one shoe being a 6Y and the other was a 6.5Y and it took over a month and a half for a refund but other then that I've always had a great experience. If you shop online sign up for updates they will text you when they have sales and it takes another 25% off already marked clearance items. Just counted I have shopped with you guys 93 times since May 2021”

“Excellent experience. We brought our child to this store for an ear piercing she desperately wanted. She lost her nerve when it was time to go through with it and it took a VERY long time for her to make up her mind and then screw up her courage. Carly, the ear piercing specialist in the store that day, was tremendously warm and encouraging. She treated our daughter with superhuman patience and lots of respect. The piercing process itself was affordable, quick, simple, done with careful attention to detail, the piercing environment was very clean and the equipment sterile. We received clear aftercare instructions and we have had no problems with the piercing after the fact. I was doubtful about whether to bring my child to a mall store for a piercing and we had considered going to a professional piercing salon instead. I am glad that we made the choice to bring her here. It was a very positive experience. Thanks.”

Two story shop with outstanding customer service. They answered every question I had and then gave their recommendations which I didn’t think about. Tons of bikes and e-bikes galore. Rode a few and then a few more around the indoor track which was awesome to be able to put the bikes to use. Downstairs is parts, clothes, helmets and lots of small parts. “Hello everyone I pray all is well I must say I was very pleased with the young ladies that work at Ashley's Stewart in Severance Center I went there to purchase clip earrings because there so very hard to find they have quite a beautiful selection there unfortunately after a few days I had to take ttwo pair back that had broken The young lady that waited on me today was very cordial and had a pleasant attitude and also help me find two pair to replace ones that had broken with no problem at all. The jewelry there is quite beautiful and for someone like me whose ears are not pierced I was able to find some pretty Jazzy earrings and bracelets and I was told if ever any breaks bring them back not a problem I will be returning back to purchase more jewelry for myself and anyone that ears are not pierced and you need some Jazzy earrings bracelets necklaces that's the place to go.
