“Went here looking for a very specific pair of shoes. Walked in, showed the guy a pic of the label with no pic of the shoe and asked if he could find it by the model number. He walked RIGHT TO IT! That's a man who knows his job. He got us the right size and we were out in under 10 minutes (after wandering and shopping for other stuff, too.) That is some efficient shopping. We love this store! I can’t give this location a 5 star review due to an employee named Robby, who had to vocalize that a fashion choice I had made was “weird.” The associate that was helping me (Francesca) was kind, extremely helpful and professional throughout my shopping experience. “Went to this location to find shoes for my son who is 2 with wide feet and we were helped by a very nice lady named Sandi. She got his shoe size which I wasn't sure about and then brought out several options that they had in stock to fit his foot and his needs. I ended up getting 3 pair, all of which I was confident were a great fit thanks to Sandi's help. It is a bit of a drive for me but worth the trip to ensure my son has comfortable shoes. Sandi entered my info into their system so it will be easy to establish my kids size down the line when we come back and we definitely will! Thank you for your help!”

I've never heard of you guys until about a year ago and I've spent soo much money since then but it's always great deals, on top of your already marked low prices about once a week I get a text telling me that I can get an additional 20%/30% off my order which is how you guys keep getting me to come back. I've only had one bad experience where I ordered the Nike Air Max 2020 in a size 5.5Y and you guys sent me a 6Y box with one shoe being a 6Y and the other was a 6.5Y and it took over a month and a half for a refund but other then that I've always had a great experience. If you shop online sign up for updates they will text you when they have sales and it takes another 25% off already marked clearance items. Just counted I have shopped with you guys 93 times since May 2021”
