“Beautiful terrain and well-maintained and marked trails. Loop trail winds up and down some hills and over a brook. Connects to several other trails. Deciduous and evergreen trees. Far enough from the road that you don't always see cars, but you do hear them from several points on the trail.”

“Dan the bell man met us at the Airport and picked us up in the shuttle. There is not a kinder human I have met in a hotel stay. He was kind professional and courteous. We for in late and he offered to get us anything we needed (we had two small kids with us) he really went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. There was a issue with our booking and front desk solved it without a hitch. All and all a 10 out of ten would recommend and will be staying again. As long as I can book around Dan's work schedule.”

“Since I did this online, it was much more smoother. I originally rented a 15 footer, but U-hual did a wonderful job with keeping me up to date with its stock each week, they actually called me up. I ended up with a 10 footer to be on the safe side and of course there was a fleet of them at the location. The service was good and the lady did a wonderful job with my questions and speed of service. The truck was nice and clean, it was enough for my 550 sq ft studio, including a king sized bed (A bit of a squeeze) I never knew they added a back up camera, 120v plugs, and some usb ports, uts a nice little upgrade they did to the trucks. I drove out of state and didnt have any issues. I also blew through all the EZpass lines and their information was correct, theyll just email you the bill later with a $1 fee attached to each tool you pass, not a big issue and easy to pay. Overall, always been using U-hual so I still will, great job guys and gals~”

“NEVER in a million years did I think our appointment with Steve at Jakubs & Son would have went the way it did. Let me back up. My sister and I just buried our dad on October 30, 2020 and we were DREADING this appointment. This was the first time we ever had to plan a funeral and being as we just lost our dad, we were very emotional. Our meeting with STEVE was amazing! My sister and I literally laughed the 2 1/2 hours we were there with him for our appointment. (We were just being us and of course it was also everything unorthodox we were planning... Pink Floyd theme...) We wanted to make dad's funeral a celebration of who he was and they truly helped us capture that. Steve even helped up hire a horse and carriage to take dad from the funeral home to the church the next morning. It's exactly what we needed and Steve made everything so easy for us. He was simply awesome and Dad looked unbelievable, as if he were sleeping. I would highly recommend Jakubs & Son for your loved one.”

They were just really busy, poor lady behind the desk was on a phone call that seemed to be a bit difficult she smiled and took it with grace. Hotel was very clean. “This is a nice house. I went here to go on a tour of it and was satisfied with my experience. The tour started in the gift shop across the street and went into the house through the front door. Once we were in the house, we went into the kitchen, and living room, then up the stairs to the second floor, where we went into the bathroom and the bedroom that the kid from A Christmas Story slept in (I forgot his name). After we went in his room, the tour group went into the back yard and then back to the gift shop, thus ending the tour. I gave this house five stars because it has been preserved to be exactly like it was in the movie. It’s also a nice house and I wouldn’t mind living there.”

“Hands down the BEST hotel I have stayed at in a long time. That's saying a lot, trust me. The front desk staff is awesome, housekeeping is top notch. This was the cleanest hotel and room that I think I have literally seen. I was very impressed. The rooms are large and airy. The lobby is huge with many comfortable areas to sit at. Maintenance had to come and change out a lamp, and no lying, he was there in less than 5 minutes. The sheets were crisp and fresh. The only 2 things I would change is, the amount of space to put personal belongings if you are staying more than a few days, and the size refrigerators in the rooms would not accommodate a family of more than 2. Other than that, it was great. My hat is off to the staff. Thank you!!!”

“This is a nice hotel located somewhat close to Cleveland Airport. I came here after flying into the airport and was satisfied with my experience. I checked into the hotel and went up the elevator to my room. I opened the door to my room to be greeted by two beds and a bathroom. I was very tired after my flight so I put down my bags and went to sleep. The next morning I woke up after a good night’s sleep and left the hotel. I gave this hotel five stars because it has comfy beds and good service. It also has a shuttle to the airport, which is nice. You can also appreciate the architectural features of the building.”

“The best part was the super quick shuttle from airport (thanks Charles), location, and ease of checking in. They also allowed us to check in early when our flight was canceled. I think the only downside was the room needed some updates. It had everything you needed but shower needed a good bleach and updated shower knob, and better. Would stay again if airport troubles.”
