“Dr. McConnell was the best PCP I've ever had. She never rushed me in and out of the exam room, and she took the time to answer all my questions (and I ask a lot of questions). She completely understood my concerns regarding billing and test results potentially being shared with my invasive parents and helped me work around it via MyChart to protect my privacy as an adult. She took my family history seriously and ordered the tests I requested that typically fall outside a normal blood panel. Dr. McConnell took the trouble to get to know me and was always responsive when I messaged her with questions in MyChart. I ended up relocating after graduating college, and she even recommended a book related to history of my new city. I've been through 2 more PCPs since her, and none of them showed a fraction of the care Dr. McConnell showed me. I would go back to her in a heartbeat.”

From the amazing front desk staff to the dental hygienists, we've always been so impressed and pleased with our experience. My girls quite literally cheer when I tell them it's time to go to the dentist and are sad to know they have to wait 6 months between cleanings. 10/10 recommend!”

“Really cute, relaxed, and friendly place. The food was a nice selection of some different breakfast foods with some lunch selections like salads and sandwiches. They are only open each day until 3p so they do have a truly breakfast/lunch menu. I had the original Benny and it was as good as I've had in a while. Holinase sauce was creamy and ham was slightly grilled. Very tasty. The staff was friendly and attentive. They greeted you as you came through the door. I would recommend this for breakfast lovers.”

“I joined Shred415 about a year ago on a whim. They were closer to my house than another boutique gym I had been attending. I absolutely LOVE the Shred415 classes and family. All of the instructors and staff make it a point to get to know you - personally. And they call you by name during your workout (which is highly motivating). The workouts themselves are awesome. They are varied enough to keep me interested. I am never bored. The instructors are all great at motivating you each time you go to do just a little bit more... or go just a little bit faster. But I also truly appreciate that Shred415 is built for ANY fitness level. There are people in the classes who are full-blown runners (run marathons, etc.) and then there are folks who are newer to exercise classes. The cool thing about Shred415 is that YOU control your workout. The instructors give you guidance, but you are the one choosing the weight... or choosing your speed. I highly recommend Shred415 to anyone looking for a supportive exercise atmosphere! Worth every penny spent!”
