There were a lot of employees if you need them (I didn’t need them because I knew exactly what I needed and the general area of where they were located.) What impressed me was the cashier who looked to be in high school or around that age working a summer job. I had some half inch screws and he knew how to ring them up right away. Sometimes these types of things can screw up a cashier, especially an inexperienced one. I like this place but you’re going to pay hardware store prices.”

“The entire process was very efficient. Not only did they provide a set date for the job when we made our purchase, we had multiple opportunities to complete the job early (unfortunately clashed with our schedule). Our old closet had the builder grade wire racks and they damaged the drywall. Our installer, Matt, went above and beyond to repair as much as he could. It was not in the job spec, I believe, to do as much as he did! Great focus on overall quality. We chose our own layout from a series of fixture options. Our design rep, Jenna Harbold, put together a design which provided us the storage we need while still leaving our closet with more open space and less clutter. We chose a simple and efficient design to focus on function more than fashion. Closets by Design seems to have options that are budget friendly as well as super luxurious fancy models, if that's what you're into. Great company for custom closets in a new build or remodel. Our project was just the closet which was great for everyone since there were no additional impacts on schedule. It will likely be some time length between your purchase and the installation due to high demand and production challenges, but it is worth it!”

“As the name suggests this is store for all your home needs. It has seasonal decorations, are decor, wall art, wall painting , rugs, furniture and list goes on. This one is right on the Gemini place and near to interstate 71. This is very big store and enough parking space, can be easily seen from the road. The good thing about this store is wide variety of goods and different colors and patterns. Staff are friendly and must visit during the holidays!!”

Rod Arthur helped us pick out our cabinets and then set us up with counter, backsplash, flooring, and even appliance folks to pick out what we liked while staying within budget. The ordering and pricing was handled by Rod and was better than anywhere else we checked. If you can't pick out what you like from these suppliers it's probably not made. “Not only does their Starbucks always make the best drinks, the employees here are DEDICATED to helping customers. For example, I asked for help finding an item and they couldn't find it so I said no worries and walked away (I wasn't in a hurry to get it). Almlst 10 minutes later, the employee helping me tracked me down to tell me they found a version of the item in the frozen section. The dedication to help even after the customer (me) had given up finding it- ! I'm impressed. I've had several other times here where the employees have taken several minutes out of their day to help me find some tricky item or another. They really do try to help you out here.”
