“Chimney Professionals and Masonry Experts, LLC, is an excellent company. I recommend them for masonry work based on the work they did for me. As an early Christmas present to my wife (a wheelchair user), I hired Chimney Professionals and Masonry Experts to rebuild two wheelchair-height raised beds. The original beds were eight years old, wooden, somewhat damaged by my wife's wheelchair, and rotting. (I used untreated, painted lumber for the original beds.) Ted Parker came to my house, made careful measurements, and bid the job for a reasonable price to be completed in 2 days, including a coat of paint. He sent Jason and Eddie, two employees, to our house on September 23rd. Jason and Eddie were very professional, careful, and thorough. They took care to ensure that the beds would be usable by my wife when they were done. They cleaned up all of the mess. My only complaint, and it is a minor one, is that the job took 6 days instead of 2. I applaud Jason for keeping me informed of what was going on, and I am grateful that he came on a Saturday to paint the beds. Still, I lowered my rating from a 5 to a 4 because the job took 4 days longer than promised in the bid. The beds that Jason and Eddie built for us are beautiful! The paint Jason used matches the previous paint exactly. I am highly satisfied with the work that Jason did. He even apologized for a mistake that he made in the job that I could not see even after he pointed it out to me. He could have said nothing about it, and I would not have been any wiser. That kind of honesty is highly commendable and greatly appreciated. In the future, I will consider Chimney Professionals and Masonry Experts, LLC, for any masonry jobs I might have. Also, I will recommend this company to who asks for a company to do masonry work. Thank you, Ted, Jason, and Eddie, for the beautiful job you did for us! My wife and I both love her early Christmas present.”
