“Pick n Pull is a great place if you're budget conscious or looking for something you either don't know the name of or can't locate. Staff are very nice, if you treat them with respect they'll treat you with respect. They check everyone's tool bag and have to be firm about their check-in process for liability issues, so don't get offended or think it's something it's not, I'd imagine dealing with people's flak about that on a daily basis has to be frustrating for them.”

“I went outside at 7:30 am to see that someone had smashed my passenger side window. They got me in at 2 pm and I was out at 4:30 (and it only took that long because they were busy). They were very courteous, helpful, and took my insurance, which is through Erie. They also have coffee and water available in the lobby. My window has been in for two days now and I have had no problems. They were also kind enough to vacuum all of the glass out of my car. I would go here for any vehicle service that they offer.”
