“I took my car in after someone backed into the left front side of my car. Crash Champions was referred to me by the insurance company and the service was wonderful. They did everything in a timely manner, helping me with the insurance and rental car company. I had them do some additional work replacing a mirror as well. When I came in to get my car I thought it looked like a new car! They did a great job matching my habanero orange paint, and I swear it looked like they buffed out a lot of the little scratches that weren't related to the accident. Mike was very helpful and the office staff were great too. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!”

“I pulled into there shop running a punctured tire that was loosing air very fast. It was dark, raining, and wet. Did I mention that it was after hours! They had just closed up shop. I tapped on the their window, they came out to greet me. I explained the situation and no problem, they came right out into the elements, plugged my tire and I was good to go. They also are super real with you about what your alternatives are, price comparisons, and explanations of "what will happen if I don't fix this?" or "how long can I put this off?" type of questions. A great place for service if you are driving a beater or old car. Once they installed a sensor in my old Saturn that I had purchased myself at my request, even though it wasn't something they had purchased or recommended. They also recommended me a great trustworthy muffler place when they weren't the best people to fix my exhaust system. I recommend this shop to everyone.”

“I can not boast more about the word class customer service I experienced at this location. My car started acting up and the check engine light came on and I actually got stranded in the parking lot across the street. When I walked in and explain to the manager what was going on he was so kind and even went as far as sending someone to physically go get my car and bring it to their service station. They reviewed the issues, diagnosed the problem, and got me back on the road in no time. “I was referred to Harr's by a mechanic who said it was the best shop in town to go to for windshield repair and I'm really glad I went with them. I had a leak on the inside of my windshield and they did a water test to confirm the windshield was loose. They were able to come to my house to do the repair. The gave me estimates based on the two scenarios that could occur. The two repairmen were prompt, professional, and communicative. They were able to fix the windshield for a very fair price.
