“Bought my first bike since in over 20yrs the other night from walmart, big mistake, it was broke after the first ride. So I did some reading and decided I was going to really invest in something worth the money. Had settled on a mountain bike thinking a bike is a bike is a bike. The sales guy who helped me explained the difference, but me thinking it was no big deal was set on the mountain bike. Took it for a test ride and was dead when I got back. I told him to let me try the one he recommended and it was perfect. I hadn't done a lot of research on the hybrid/comfort type bikes so I got home with it and started reading that I should have got the slightly upgraded model instead for not much more money. Went back today, told them I wanted to exchange it for the sport model expecting to have to do some convincing, but they made it a breeze. Would definitely return if I ever need another bike.”

“This is the third lawn service we have used since moving to Westerville in 2015. By far, their lawn treatment has been the best in terms of keeping weeds from taking over my lawn. “I’ve been to multiple Sally’s over the years, and have never encountered a representative as helpful as Amanda at this location! She approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything, and from there she was so helpful! I came in for hair bleach, and toner, and left with tips on dealing with dry scalp, and products to avoid to improve hair issues. She gave application advice for the bleach, and helped decide which toner was needed. She was such a big help, and the end results were great! I cannot thank her enough for her help.”
