He went above and beyond and was very patient with all my questions from financing to all the bells and whistles on my new ride! He even got a special gift (a cute BMW Teddy Bear) for our 3 month old daughter! Special shout out to Lindsay Ferrell in finance as well! I’ve had a few bad experiences in finance offices when buying cars where the person was intimidating or rude. So going into the finance office always make me cringe. Lindsay made it fun and was very personable and so sweet! I felt like I was buying a car from a friend or family member as she treated me as such.
