“Very comfortable, clean property. Free parking, lots of space, entertainment, functionality in the lobby. Free breakfast. Free coffee/hot tea 24/7. Friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable. I liked the effort of the room designs - felt very open and roomy. Some noise from either the hallway or other rooms (stomping, maybe because the floors have no carpet). The towels and washcloths felt very cheap, which was surprising considering this property is more expensive than others in the area. The washcloths had a dirty tinge to them and were rough. I didn't feel like I got the value I paid, mainly because of the area. It was a bit more expensive than it should have been. But having had a terrible hotel experience a few days before at another hotel, I was just happy to get a wonderful night's sleep at TRU.”

“We are over the road truck drivers and stay in hotels when we need a break. Sheraton is our favorite but we’ve never been to Sheraton Suites. Love it!! Salma, Director of Operations, is wonderful and handled a small problem for me. The hotel is very clean with comfortable beds and very large televisions, which my husband appreciates. Sheraton is always great for those of us who travel with fur babies too.”

“Newly renovated. I booked my room though IHG app. I selected the king executive suite Jacuzzi room. Upon check-in the guest services manager explain that there were no longer any jacuzzi suites since the remodel. She was super nice about the whole situation said she understood she's had other people have the same issue I let her know that the IHG app still shows Jacuzzi rooms she said they are working on that as well as all the other travel sites getting that taken care of. The gym area was spacious all the equipment was in great shape. Indoor pool is small but was warm. Breakfast was spot on really nice selection everything that I had tasted fresh a very pleasant staff.”
