He was very professional and patient with me during my search. I was able to rent a unit out for the time I needed. He made the whole process less stressful for me which was a huge help! “From the first call-back I received after making an online inquiry, to reviewing pricing and scheduling, to the confirmation call/email right through the move & follow-up, MVM Moving & Storage has been responsive, easy to work with, reliable and professional! My movers, Shawn & Eric, were friendly, very efficient and worked with care. More than once they said "Whatever you need, we're here for you." They arrived by 8:50 and had my 2BR apartment emptied by 10:30. At the new residence, they moved out several old pieces of furniture & a w/d to the garage & then unloaded the truck. Even with disconnecting 2 sets of w/d, taking apart & putting back together a couch with reclining ends, and tearing down/setting up 2 beds - they were done with my move by 12:45PM. I sustained only 1 minor chip in the corner of the top of a dresser, for which they provided a discount based on some kind of "per pound" formula. It didn't amount to much but it wasn't my expensive living room set so I wasn't too upset. I did a lot of prep before they arrived so everything was ready to go & they worked with high energy the entire move. Highly recommend!”

I needed a condenser and compressor; the price quoted was extremely competitive based on industry standards. Ultimately the shop saved me some money by servicing the condenser instead of replacing it. Some shops might have left that fact out and kept the extra money. Integrity is important to me. “From scheduling the tow, to the communication before hand and the tow experience itself, they were incredibly professional. The ability to schedule a tow gives peace of mind knowing that your car will be taken care of and eliminates the trouble of waiting if drivers are already busy. They let you know where the driver is and their ETA which helps know exactly when they’ll be there to help you out. James tested my car before lifting it on the truck to make sure that a tow was necessary which I felt was extremely noble as most companies may have just towed without question. Very reasonably priced and extremely helpful. Hopefully my car doesn’t need towed again, but if it does, I will without a doubt use Capital Towing.”
