At the meeting to do the paperwork Alex was very professional and thorough. He was not pushy about trying to sell us extra options. I felt like all of our decisions were respected. Any questions I had were thoroughly explained. I live out of town and purchased my own urns and was able to set up a day to bring them by and have them filled within a few hours. Death certificates were simple and finished and mailed very quickly. Pricing here is a more affordable option compared to other places. I am very pleased with my experience here. Would highly recommend and absolutely come here again if/when needed again.

There were numerous exceptional service experiences we had with the Funeral Director, Alex Flores, and the staff. They were all very caring toward us. Alex provided many personalized services including working with us on the program brochures and with arrangements of a multi-media presentation during the funeral service. Alex is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the funeral process. He provided us with his expertise and never pressured us, helping us make the best decisions for our family all along the way. And when the casket which we ordered elsewhere was late in arriving, Alex contacted the shipping provider and got it there in time! Alex is very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The Chapel location is lovely and was perfect for our family to honor our grandmother. We highly recommend Alex Flores and Chapel of Memories.
